The 2026 World Economic Forum Begins in Davos

Davos: The 56th World Economic Forum, "Davos 2026," commenced today in Davos, Switzerland, with the participation of the Presidential Council Chairman, Mohamed Al-Manfi. The forum, which runs from January 19 to 23 under the theme "The Spirit of Dialogue," is gathering heads of state, leaders of regional and international organizations, and representatives from major private sector institutions.

According to Libyan News Agency, the forum's sessions are addressing topics related to strengthening international cooperation, supporting global prosperity, expanding reliance on technology and innovation as engines of growth, and investing in human capital. This year's forum occurs amid significant geopolitical, technological, and social transformations worldwide.
