According to Libyan News Agency, President El-Sisi highlighted the necessity of adhering to agreed-upon terms of reference for the reconciliation process. Furthermore, he reiterated his appeal for the complete withdrawal of foreign forces and militias from Libya, underscoring the importance of external parties respecting Libya’s autonomy in its path toward stability.
