Tripoli:Head of the Audit Bureau Khaled Shakshak met with the UK's Ambassador to Libya, Martin Reynolds, to discuss joint cooperation in capacity building and enhancing audit work efficiency.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting addressed initiatives and programs focused on institutional performance development, expertise exchange, and supporting audit practices in line with governance, integrity, and transparency principles.
They also explored expanding technical cooperation and leveraging relevant expertise to develop audit work, aiming to boost the Audit Bureau's capacities and support its institutional performance.
This meeting is part of the Audit Bureau's efforts to strengthen partnerships with international institutions and entities, enhancing cooperation to achieve its goals of improving audit and institutional performance.
