Tripoli: The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Salah al-Din al-Namroush, emphasized the importance of redoubling efforts to improve the performance of the military institution and bring it to the desired level.
According to Libyan News Agency, this came during a meeting he held today, Wednesday, with the chiefs of staff of the various branches of the armed forces to discuss a number of issues related to the progress of work within the military institution. Al-Namroush stressed the need to ensure the fulfillment and guarantee of the rights of the institution and its personnel, and to work on addressing the difficulties and challenges facing the work process, in order to contribute to enhancing efficiency and readiness and achieving the set goals.
The meeting also included a review and discussion of a number of topics related to organizing administrative work, in addition to providing the Chief of the General Staff with a comprehensive briefing on the latest developments in the military situation across the country.
