Tripoli: The Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbouh, held a meeting with the Qatari Ambassador to Libya, Khalid Al-Dosari, to discuss recent developments in oversight activities, progress in integrity and transparency efforts, and strategies for enhancing cooperation in the fight against corruption.
According to Libyan News Agency, the discussion focused on steps being taken to improve administrative oversight in Libya, measures to enhance the efficiency of the Administrative Control Authority, and the exchange of expertise. They also addressed supporting initiatives aimed at adopting modern practices in corruption prevention and strengthening administrative discipline. Additionally, the meeting reviewed developments related to integrity policies at both regional and international levels.
Qaderbouh highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation with oversight institutions in Qatar to support administrative reform, develop a more transparent work environment, and enabl
e public institutions to fulfill their responsibilities more effectively.
The Qatari Ambassador reaffirmed Qatar’s commitment to supporting Libyan efforts to promote integrity and transparency. He expressed Qatar’s readiness to exchange expertise and develop joint cooperation in oversight and anti-corruption efforts, contributing to building institutions that can adapt to modern administrative developments.
