Tripoli: The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced that it achieved its highest average crude oil production in the past decade, marking a significant milestone in its operational history. According to Libyan News Agency, the NOC revealed through a table on its official website that the year 2025 recorded an average production rate of 1.374 million barrels per day.
