National Oil Corporation and Gulf Oil Company Tackle Key Operational Challenges

Tripoli: The National Oil Corporation (NOC) recently convened a meeting with the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) to address the significant operational challenges currently confronting the company. The discussions aimed to identify solutions that will ensure the continuation of efficient operations.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting featured specialized visual and technical presentations from various departments, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Reservoir Engineering, Production, and Drilling. During the session, a detailed production increase plan for the period 2026-2027 was presented. Performance indicators were reviewed, key operational challenges were analyzed, and proposed development programs were examined.

The discussions are set to continue tomorrow, focusing on the remaining technical aspects of several departments, with the goal of formulating final recommendations that align with the NOC's strategic objectives.
