Al-Menfi Calls for Unified Military and Security Efforts in Greater Tripoli

Tripoli: Al-Menfi directs the unification of military and security efforts to secure Greater Tripoli. During a meeting held today in the capital, Tripoli, with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Abdul Salam Al-Zoubi, and the Acting Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Salah Al-Din Al-Namroush, the President of the Presidential Council and Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Mohammed Al-Menfi, reviewed the latest security and military developments. The discussions centered on plans to enhance security deployment and increase readiness to secure Greater Tripoli and the Western Coast region.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting addressed coordination mechanisms between the supreme leadership of the army and various security and military agencies and units. This initiative aims to ensure the unification of field efforts and strengthen the capacity of the concerned institutions to carry out their tasks with efficiency and discipline.

The Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army emphasized the necessity of continued joint efforts to establish the pillars of security and stability, assert state authority, and confront any threats that may affect the security of citizens and the safety of public and private property.

Al-Menfi highlighted the importance of raising the level of coordination among all security and military authorities, which will contribute to maintaining security and stability in Greater Tripoli and the Western Coast region.
