The deputy in the Presidential Council, “Musa Al-Koni”, denounced the attempt to destabilize Niger.
“Al-Koni” said in a tweet he posted on his Twitter account, “We condemn the attempt to destabilize Niger; The brotherly neighbor dragged into the furnace of conflict, which would tear the stability of the entire region, and had charted an exceptional path for democracy, majestically gathering the mosaic of the people around it.
Al-Koni continued in his tweet, “We salute the uprising of these people today against the coup, and their victory over the outcome of the ballot box. We affirm that we and Africa are with them.”
