Misrata International Airport Welcomes First Royal Jordanian Airlines Flight


Misrata: The first Royal Jordanian Airlines flight from Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan, arrived at Misrata International Airport on Thursday, marking the resumption of regular flights between Libya and Jordan.



According to Libyan News Agency, the aircraft was given an official reception in the presence of the Municipal Council and the Airport Director. The reception included the traditional water salute. The municipality indicated that there will be two flights per week, on Sundays and Thursdays.



It added that this step is expected to facilitate travel for citizens and connect them to various international destinations via the Royal Jordanian Airlines network.
