Ministry of Interior follows up with the Turkish Embassy on the procedures to import sea boats to Libya.

The GNU-Ministry of Interior followed up yesterday with security officials of the Turkish Embassy in Tripoli, on the procedures to export sea boats from Turkey to Libya.

The Ministry’s sources stated that the two parts discussed the training package for 2023, which is related to preparing specialized training courses for the Ministry’s employees in different security areas to raise their efficiency and develop their performance.

The meeting was attended on the Libyan side by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs, Major General, Mahmoud Saeed, the Director of the General Department of Coastal Security, Major General, Al-Bashir Bel-Nour, the Advisor to the Director of the Department for Maritime Security, and the Training Officer in the General Administration of Coastal Security, and on the Turkish side, Colonel ,Mohammed Sefer, the Advisor for Security Cooperation and Internal Affairs at the Embassy of Turkey, a liaison officer at the Turkish Ministry of Interior, and a consultant and coordinator of the Coast Guard Command at the Turkish Ministry of Interior.
