Ministry Of Health Announces Arrival Of (200 Thousand) Doses Of The (AstraZeneca) Vaccine Against Covid-19.

Tripoli, Ministry of Health announced, Tuesday, arrival of “200,000” doses of the “AstraZeneca” vaccine against the “emerging corona virus” at Mitiga International Airport from Greece. And the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health confirmed in a joint press conference with the General Secretary of the Greek Ministry of Health at the airport that the dose received today will be allocated as a second dose to the recipient of this type of vaccine as soon as it is released. For his part, the Secretary-General of the Greek Ministry of Health confirmed that the provision of this quantity of doses came in support of Greece for the efforts of the of government national unity to combat the Corona virus and an embodiment of the strength of relations between the two friendly countries.

The Greek official pointed out that his country was the first European country to reopen its embassy in Tripoli and its consulate in Benghazi. Officials have made numerous visits to Libya, the latest of which was the visit of the Greek Prime Minister to Tripoli recently.
