Tripoli:The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, General Dr. Salah al-Din al-Namroush, met with Turkish Ambassador to Libya, G¼ven Bege§, to discuss military cooperation between the two nations.
According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing military coordination, developing training and qualification programs, and improving the proficiency of military personnel from both countries.
The meeting also covered several issues of mutual interest, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and training programs. Both parties aimed to leverage their mutual expertise to bolster military capabilities, readiness, and efficiency.
Additionally, both sides underscored the importance of maintaining ongoing communication and coordination to strengthen cooperative ties in military areas of shared interest.
