Tripoli: Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Naji Issa, discussed yesterday with the directors of the relevant departments in the bank the strategy to develop electronic payment services and difficulties facing the companies. According to Libyan News Agency, the communication office of the bank stated that during the meeting it was agreed to transfer the management and operate the national distributor from the Transactions Company to the CBL. Additionally, the bank plans to develop the instant payment projects, LY Pay and One Pay, to improve the quality of electronic services and raise their level according to the best international standards.
