Tripoli: The Executive Director of the National Development Agency, Mahmoud Al-Furjani, engaged in discussions with the UK Ambassador to Libya, Martin Longden, focusing on potential cooperation to support development and reconstruction projects in the city of Sirte. According to Libyan News Agency, the communication office of the agency revealed that the discussions took place following an invitation from the ambassador. The meeting concentrated on mechanisms for British companies to participate in reconstruction and infrastructure projects. This collaboration aims to enhance the economic situation and assist in rebuilding Sirte, which suffered extensive damage from past conflicts. Both parties emphasized the necessity of increasing visits and communication between them to reinforce cooperation and continuous coordination. This effort is intended to achieve shared objectives and promote development progress in Libya.
