Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, met with Mukesh T. Kavalani, Chairman of the Thattai Hindu Merchants Community.
The minister affirmed the longstanding Bahraini-Indian relations, noting the importance of enhancing these ties to develop economic partnerships.
The meeting discussed topics of common interest, as well as the positive results of the official visit of the Bahraini economic delegation to India last March, headed by the minister who highlighted the attractive investment environment in Bahrain and the privileges and facilities provided to investors inside and outside of Bahrain.
Fakhro highlighted the significance of investment in improving economic and trade relations.
Kavalani praised the depth and progress of bilateral economic relations, hailing the great efforts of the Bahraini government to develop the flow of investments between the two sides.
