Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin of Russia, on Victory Day.
His Majesty wished the people of Russia further progress and prosperity.
HM King Hamad praised the deep bilateral relations and cooperation in various domains. His Majesty affirmed the kingdom’s constant keenness to strengthen these relations to achieve common interests.
