Benghazi: Head of the House of Representatives’ (HoR) Oversight Committee, Zayed Hadiya, recently engaged in discussions with the Russian Ambassador to Libya, Aydar Aganin, and his delegation at the HoR headquarters in Benghazi. The primary focus of the meeting was the role of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) in resolving the ongoing Libyan crisis.
According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting also covered recent political developments within Libya and explored ways to strengthen bilateral relations between Libya and Russia. The discussions placed particular emphasis on enhancing economic cooperation between the two nations.
