Tripoli -First Vice President of the High Council of State (HCS) ,Naji Mukhtar, accompanied by a number of members of the council, held a meeting with gathering of parties at the Council’s headquarters in Tripoli.
The communication office of the HCS did not mention any details about the meeting, except that it comes within the framework of communication with the political base of the parties and actors.
