Tripoli: The newly appointed Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Libya, Ioannis Papamiltio, presented a copy of his credentials today to Taher Hussein, the Director of the General Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. This marks the beginning of his diplomatic mission in the country.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through its media office, confirmed that discussions between the two officials focused on enhancing cooperation and coordination in diplomatic relations. These efforts aim to strengthen bilateral ties and serve the common interests of both nations, ultimately benefiting the Libyan and Greek populations.
