El alamein: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aati stressed the importance of holding simultaneous presidential and parliamentary elections in Libya as soon as possible. This statement was made during a joint press conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Saturday.
According to Libyan News Agency, Abdel Aati emphasized the necessity of dismantling militias and withdrawing all foreign forces, foreign fighters, and mercenaries from Libya. He highlighted that these steps are crucial to ensuring security and stability in the country. The Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Tamim Khallaf, underscored this position during the press conference.
