Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki on Saturday visited military personnel who were injured during taking part in military operations to confront terrorism in Sinai.
They are currently undergoing treatment at the Armed Forces Medical Complex in Kobri El-Kobba and Maadi.
The defense minister conveyed President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s appreciation for their tireless efforts in protecting the homeland.
The minister also lauded their efforts in eliminating terrorist hotbeds and drying out funding sources for terrorists.
The Armed Forces will continue their mission to eliminate the remaining terrorist groups and tighten the siege on outlaws to ditch the danger of terrorism in Sinai, he added.
