Tripoli: Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, met today, Tuesday, with the UK Ambassador to Libya, Martin Longden, to discuss the latest political and security developments in the country.
According to Libyan News Agency, Dbaiba affirmed the government’s commitment to imposing order, ending all outlawed groups, addressing prison conditions, and halting arbitrary arrests, thus strengthening the rule of law and restoring confidence in law enforcement institutions.
Dbaiba praised the role played by the United Kingdom in supporting stability, affirming continued cooperation with international partners on this issue.
