Tripoli: The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, announced that he has issued orders to remove Camp 77 located in the heart of Tripoli. The aim is to transform the site into an open space accessible to citizens.
According to Libyan News Agency, Dabaiba shared via his official Facebook account that the camp’s location would become part of the “Hayat Park” project. This initiative is a segment of a broader strategy to reorganize the city.
Dabaiba also mentioned that instructions have been given to take control of the “Zoo” in the Abu Salim Municipality. The plan includes initiating maintenance and rehabilitation work immediately, with the intention of opening it to families within two weeks.
