Al-Asabaa: The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba, has been actively overseeing the Ministry of Social Affairs’ efforts and the operations of its field teams in the city of Al-Asabaa. This follows a series of fires that resulted in damage to several homes. During a briefing, Minister of Social Affairs, Wafaa Al-Kilani, presented the relief interventions aimed at supporting those affected by the fires.
According to Libyan News Agency, the media office of the Prime Minister outlined that Minister Al-Kilani detailed the ministry’s measures, which included the dispatch of aid and relief convoys, identification of affected families, and deployment of psychological support teams. Furthermore, logistical support has been provided to ensure the needs of the affected individuals are adequately met.
Prime Minister Dabaiba emphasized the need for intensified efforts and expedited response. He highlighted the importance of continuous coordination among the competent authorities to ensure the swift delivery of aid and provision of necessary care to mitigate the impact of the fires on citizens.
