Tripoli: The Chairman of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, received a congratulatory telegram from the President of Eritrea, Isaias Afwerki, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Libyan News Agency, the telegram expressed warm wishes from President Afwerki, on behalf of the Eritrean government and its people, to Chairman Al-Manfi. The message conveyed hopes for goodness, blessings, and prosperity during Ramadan. President Afwerki also extended his best wishes for Al-Manfi’s health and happiness during this significant time.
