Bahrain’s Embassy in Belgium has organised a webinar, themed “Bahrain a Business-friendly Destination”.
The webinar was held on Tuesday, in cooperation with the Arab-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Brussels Agency for Business Support and FinTech Belgium.
More than 60 representatives of Belgian chambers of commerce, trade agencies, business sector, companies, in addition to government institutions.
Addressing the webinar, Bahraini Ambassador to Belgium, Abdulla Faisal Jabr Al-Dosari, highlighted the factors that make Bahrain a unique investment destination, citing its advanced economic and commercial environment, attractive investment opportunities characterised by ease of work and access to decision-makers, in addition to the availability of trained and skilled national workforce.
He also mentioned a number of indicators and components of the financial technology industry in the kingdom.
Aurelio Castilla, Senior Executive of International Offices, at Bahrain’s Economic Development Board (EDB) also addressed the webinar. He spoke about Bahrain’s Kingdom’s attractiveness in the region, stressing the government’s support for business, which plays an important role in attracting investors.
He also reviewed the success stories of a number of major companies in the Kingdom as evidence of the strength of the business environment in of Bahrain.
