Tunis, US Special Envoy Richard Norland and the Russian Chargé d’Affairs in Libya Jamshid Poltaev met Thursday in the capital, Tunis.
The US embassy said in a tweet via its Twitter account that the Norland-Poltaev meeting came “to compare observations on the prospects for restoring the momentum of the presidential and parliamentary elections in Libya, led by Libyans and facilitated by the UN.”
