Tobruk President of the Presidential Council Mohamed Al-Mnefi, met ,today, with members of the House of Representatives from Tobruk district, Al-Salihin Abd Al-Nabi, Saleh Hashem, and Moftah Attia, who they reviewed problems and difficulties that obstruct the provision of services to citizens in Al-Batnan region in all areas, especially electricity, water and infrastructure.
