Tripoli: The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, received the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Libya, Weddadi Ould Sidi Hayya, during an official ceremony held in the capital, Tripoli. The event marked a significant step in fostering diplomatic relations between the two nations.
According to Libyan News Agency, Menfi emphasized the deep bonds of brotherhood and friendship between the Libyan and Mauritanian peoples. He highlighted the importance of advancing bilateral relations towards broader horizons by strengthening joint cooperation in various fields to meet the aspirations of both countries.
