Al-Menfi Approves Credentials of New Algerian Ambassador to Libya

Tripoli: The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, today accepted the credentials of Abdelkarim Rakai, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to Libya. The credentialing ceremony took place in the capital city of Tripoli.
