Tripoli: Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, arrived in the capital, Tripoli, on Sunday afternoon, coming from a medical trip abroad that lasted several days. He was received with a high-level official reception at the presidential lounge at Mitiga International Airport.
According to Libyan News Agency, the reception was attended by the Vice-President of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, and the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dabaiba. Also present were the head of the Intelligence Service, the head of the Presidential Guard, the chiefs of staff, members of the 5+5 Joint Military Committee, a number of ministers, mayors of the western region, and a group of dignitaries and notables.
