Al-Menfi Engages in Talks with Tripoli Communication Committee on Security and Stability Efforts

Tripoli: President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, discussed on Monday with a delegation from the Communications Committee assigned by the Tripoli Central Municipality efforts to consolidate security and stability in the capital, strengthen the rule of law, and prevent a slide into armed conflict.

According to Libyan News Agency, Al-Menfi stressed the importance of continuing efforts to consolidate the ceasefire and create a conducive environment for comprehensive national dialogue, ensuring the protection of civilians, safeguarding state institutions, and advancing the political process toward achieving the aspirations of the Libyan people for peace and development.

The committee members expressed their appreciation for the efforts made by the President of the Presidential Council to protect the capital, affirming their full support for all efforts aimed at unifying national ranks and rejecting all forms of violence and tension.
