Al-Manqoush and Iranian Ambassador to Libya discuss relations between the two countries.

Tripoli The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush, met yesterday in Tripoli with the Iranian Ambassador to Libya, Mohamed Reza, and discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations, the activation of a joint economic committee between the two countries, and the arrangements for the return of the Iranian Embassy to start its work from Tripoli.

The SMS page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting also discussed developments in regional and international issues.

Al-Manqoush reiterated Libya’s welcome to the return of Saudi- Iranian relations, describing it as a positive step, due to its benefit and importance for stability in the region.
