Tripoli: Presidential Council member Musa al-Koni expressed profound sorrow over the tragic plane crash that claimed the lives of the Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Mohammed al-Haddad, and several of his companions. The accident occurred as they were returning from Ankara to Tripoli, marking a significant loss for Libya during a challenging period.
