Al-Baour Holds Talks with Palestinian Ambassador on Bilateral Relations

Tripoli: The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour, engaged in discussions about bilateral relations with the Palestinian Ambassador to Libya, Mohammed Rahal. The meeting, which took place on Monday, also focused on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

According to Libyan News Agency, the discussions included the status of the Palestinian community residing in Libya. The dialogue centered around finding ways to facilitate their procedures and transactions, in line with the directives and decisions of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity.

Al-Baour reiterated Libya’s steadfast support for the Palestinian cause. He emphasized Libya’s commitment to supporting the Palestinian people in their pursuit of legitimate rights, including the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
