Al-Baour Engages with Djibouti’s Foreign Minister to Bolster Bilateral Relations.

Tripoli: The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, engaged in discussions with Djibouti’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mahmoud Ali Youssef, focusing on strengthening the bilateral relations between Libya and Djibouti. The talks, which took place on the sidelines of the African-Turkish Conference, highlighted the importance of developing these ties further.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting also addressed supporting the efforts of African Union institutions, including the African Investment Bank hosted by Libya. Additionally, the discussions underscored the significance of supporting the Sahel and Sahara States Community and its Executive Secretariat.

Both parties emphasized the necessity for mutual support within continental and international organizations. They also deliberated on the importance of consultation and cooperation regarding various regional issues facing both nations.
