In response, the Sudanese Consul provided an overview of the Sudanese community's situation in Libya, expressing gratitude to Libyan authorities for facilitating the residence procedures of displaced Sudanese and treating them as equals to Libyan citizens. He requested assistance from Al-Aqouri to open a Sudanese consulate in Kufra to expedite procedures for displaced Sudanese.
