Ajelat: The Ajelat Criminal Court today issued a ruling sentencing the convicted defendant to death by firing squad as qisas for the murder of the victim, Miftah Mustafa Al-Walwal.
According to Libyan News Agency, the Office of the Attorney General stated that the Public Prosecution brought criminal proceedings against the defendant, identified as (W.M.K.), in connection with the killing of Miftah Mustafa Al-Walwal.
At its latest hearing, the court found the defendant guilty and sentenced him to death by firing squad as qisas for the murder. It also sentenced him to three years in prison for possessing unlicensed firearms.
