Acting Minister of Health and French Ambassador Discuss Activation of Health Agreements

Tripoli: Acting Minister of Health, Mohamed Al-Ghouj, met today with the French Ambassador to Libya to discuss mechanisms for activating previous health agreements.

According to Libyan News Agency, the two sides discussed prospects for joint cooperation in the health sector, particularly in the areas of training and developing medical and paramedical personnel.

The meeting also reviewed mechanisms for activating and revising previous health agreements signed between the two countries to support the Ministry of Health’s efforts to develop and improve the performance of the health system and enhance its readiness to meet the needs of citizens.
