World Leaders Send Congratulations to Libya on Independence Day and New Year

Tripoli: The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received numerous congratulatory messages from global leaders on the occasion of Libya's 74th Independence Day and the New Year.

According to Libyan News Agency, the messages conveyed sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Libyan people, highlighting the deep historical ties and friendships that exist between Libya and other nations. Leaders expressed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in various fields, aiming to support mutual interests and contribute to security, stability, and development in the region.

Among the distinguished leaders who sent their congratulations were King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, King Charles III of the United Kingdom, King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, and King Mohammed VI of Morocco.

Presidents from various countries also extended their good wishes, including President Mohamed Idriss D©by Itno of Chad, President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa, President Karin Keller-Sutter of Switzerland, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey, and others. Messages were also received from leaders such as President Xi Jinping of China, President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, and President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt, among many others.

The President of the Presidential Council also received New Year greetings from President Xi Jinping of China, President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus, and Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait, who extended their wishes for a year of goodness, stability, progress, and prosperity for Libya.
