Tripoli-Vice President of Presidency Council Abdullah Al Lafi received yesterday the Ambassador of Turkey to Libya Kenan Yilmaz, who conveyed the greeting of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the Presidency Council and his country’s commitment to support stability in Libya.
The meeting focused the latest development of the political situation in Libya, efforts made by the Council to achieve inclusive stability, and announcement by the Turkish Ambassador of his country’s support for the national reconciliation project led by the Presidency Council.
Al-Lafi praised Turkey’s supportive attitudes to Libya in the past years, stressing that work will continue to enhance joint cooperation in many
Areas, to serve the interests of the two friendly countries.
