Washington: Massad Boulos, Senior Advisor to the United States for Arab and African Affairs, addressed the National Council on US-Libya Relations conference, which was attended by Vice President of the Presidential Council, Musa al-Koni. According to Libyan News Agency, following the meeting, Boulos tweeted, "I was honored to address the National Council on US-Libya Relations conference in the presence of Libyan Presidential Council Vice President Musa al-Koni, and to receive the Council's Leadership Award." The US official added, "The United States will continue to support Libyan efforts to strengthen institutions, fully implement the unified budget, and move forward on a Libyan-led path towards national elections and long-term prosperity."
