Tripoli: The international community continues to support the building of unified institutions in Libya, as articulated by Massad Boulos, the US Senior Advisor for Arab and African Affairs. Boulos expressed the United States’ pride in joining nine other partner countries in welcoming Libya’s signing of the unified national budget on April 11.
According to Libyan News Agency, Boulos highlighted that the partner countries, including Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Trkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, are committed to supporting efforts aimed at fostering Libya’s unity and stability. He emphasized that this development was coordinated with Hanna Tetteh, the UN Special Representative of the Secretary General, as part of a broader initiative to bolster the political and institutional process in Libya.
Boulos affirmed that the international community remains steadfast in its commitment to aiding Libya in establishing unified institutions and reinforcing stability in the region.
