Tripoli, US Ambassador and Special Envoy to Libya Richard Norland praised the signing of an agreement to upgrade the Libyan National Telecommunication Network between Libya Telephone Co. and the US Infinera telecommunication company.
‘The US will remain a key supporter of Libya, and a strong economic partner, and we see that Libya is preparing to receive work companies including the American ones as a result of increasing stability and the political process.
The US Ambassador reaffirmed, at the signing ceremony that his country will stand alongside the Libyan people in their quest for democracy, prosperity and better future.
