Tripoli Meeting Focuses on Preparations for ‘Dolphin 2’ Joint Naval Exercise

Tripoli: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Public Affairs of the Government of National Unity, Major General Mahmoud Saeed, convened a meeting in Tripoli with the Maltese Special Envoy to Libya, Alexander Dalli, to discuss ongoing preparations for the joint naval exercise, “Dolphin 2”.

According to Libyan News Agency, the meeting was also attended by the Director of the General Administration of Coastal Security, Major General Al-Bashir Bin Nour, and the Operations Commander of the 444th Combat Brigade, Colonel Ali Abu Bakr. Discussions centered on mechanisms for joint security cooperation between both parties and the implementation of the “Dolphin 2” joint naval exercise. The exercise is set to take place in the coming period, following a well-thought-out security plan aimed at enhancing capabilities and exchanging expertise.
