Tripoli-The United Nations Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) has taken a new step by heading directly to the street and communicating with Libyan citizens to explore their views on the reality of the chaos caused by the spread of weapons in Libya, and ways to collect and organize weapons.
The UN mission through its platform on the Internet asked the public two questions about the phenomenon of the chaos of the proliferation of weapons, expressing its aspiration to hear from everyone in Libya about disarmament, its effects on them, and solutions to it.
The mission published, on its website, the following two questions:
1- Where do you think the process of regulating the possession of weapons begins?
2- How has the proliferation of weapons in Libya affected you personally and your family?
