The Salvation and Development Front and Al-Azm Alliance discussed the budget laws presented to Parliament, and general amnesty, accountability and justice.
The Salvation and Development Front stated in a statement: “The head of the Salvation and Development Front, Osama al-Nujaifi, received the head of Azm alliance, Muthanna al-Samarrai, and Azm leaders, Khaled al-Obeidi, Mahmoud al-Qaisi, Faris al-Faris and Haider al-Mulla.”
The participants in the meeting reviewed the political situation and the challenges facing the country, in addition to discussing the budget presented to the House of Representatives, and the laws necessary to restore balance, including the general amnesty, accountability and justice law, and focused attention on the situation in Nineveh Governorate, and the effort, cooperation and synergy required to restore the identity of Nineveh and defend rights of its people.
Al-Nujaifi focused on the suffering of citizens in Nineveh, and the targeting of their identity, will, and rights sanctioned by the constitution./ End
