President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid stressed the importance of the work of the Civil Service Council in organizing the employment process and contributing to providing state institutions with youthful competencies and energies. The Presidency of the Republic said in a statement: "President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid received today, Monday, at the Baghdad Palace, Chairman of the Federal Public Service Council Mahmoud Muhammad Al-Tamimi. It added: "The President of the Republic reviewed, during the meeting, the work of the Council regarding the employment file in state ministries and institutions, and stressed the importance of the work of the Federal Public Service Council in organizing the employment process in a way that contributes to providing state institutions with youthful competencies and energies." The President pointed to the necessity of advancing public service affairs and building human capacities in a way that enhances creativity and excellence and ensures the bui lding of effective government institutions. For his part, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi appreciated the President's keenness and follow-up of the Council's work, and his valuable directives to develop and advance its performance.
