Tripoli-The President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad al-Manfi, received a congratulatory message on the occasion of the month of Ramadan from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
King Salman offered his congratulations to the President of the Presidential Council, wishing Libya and its people security and stability, asking God Almighty to grant everyone success in fasting and performing this great month, and to make it a month of goodness and blessing for all the peoples of the Islamic nation.
